  6. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  8. 2 tbsp Mustard oil
  9. 1 cup For dal - Arhar dal -
  10. 1 tsp Salt
  11. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  12. 2 Tomato big (washed and sliced)
  13. 1/2 tsp For tadka - cumin
  14. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  15. 1 pinch Hing -
  16. 1 Green chilli chopped
  17. cup Rice
  18. 2 cups Water -
  19. As per taste Salt
  20. 1 tsp Oil,

Instructions to make to make Radish leaves sabzi, tomato arhar dal,rice & roti

  1. Soak dal in water for 15 min.Cook dal in a cooker with salt, turmeric powder, tomato and 21/2 cup water.After first whistle,slow down the gas.After 3 whistles switch off the gas.
  2. For sabzi- heat mustard oil in a karahi,add cumin, green chilli,garlic.Saute.Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder and radish, radish leaves.Slow down the gas,cover it and cook for 7 - 8 min.Remove the cover and roast it for 3-4 min.or until all the water finishes.
  3. For rice - wash the rice and soak it in the water for 15 min.Now cook it in a cooker with salt,oil and water.One whistle is sufficient,switch off the gas.
  4. For tadka - heat ghee in a pan,add hing,cumin, green chilli and red chilli.Add dal into it and cover.
  5. Make roti and serve your satvik lunch.
