  7. Add rose syrup n rose essence n mix it well n cook for a minutes add dry rose petals crushed n mix it well now our modak mixture is ready keep a side for cooling 5 minutes.
  8. After that make a mixture dough n take a ghee n modak mould grease with ghee take a small portion of modak dough n insert into the grease modak mould n make a modak.
  9. Rose modak remove from mould n keep in tothe serving plate do all the modak into d same procedure.
