  6. Stir fry under medium flame till the veggies get soft, then add the marinated soya nuggets + salt and then sauté for 2-3 minutes till water from curd evaporates.
  7. Then add cooked rice, mix gently, add required salt, sugar, garam masala and give a nice mix. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes and lastly add cashews + little ghee + raisins and mix gently and keep under cover 2-3 minutes under low flame.
  8. Soya Nuggets fried rice is ready to serve. I served with Cholar Dal / Bengal Gram Dal, tomato n Olive Chutney and plain curd.
