  16. As required (Cardamoms, cinnamon stick, black peppercorns, cloves, javitri)Prepared masala paste

  18. 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  19. 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  20. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  21. 1/2 tsp sugar
  22. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  23. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  24. As per requirement Sauteed paneer

Instructions to make to make Paneer kali mirch

  1. Heat a pan, dry roast black peppercorns. Grind it to a powder. Next place a pan, heat it with oil. saute onion till translucent. Keep aside. Next in a mixing bowl put paneer cubes, add salt, black pepper powder.
  2. Add fresh curd, mix and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  6. Next add cumin powder. Add the leftover paneer marinade. Let it cook in slow to medium flame. As flavours get combined. Add the sauteed paneer.
  7. Let it cook for 7-10 minutes. Add black pepper powder, sugar and garam masala each at few minutes intervals.
  8. Cook till you get the perfect consistency. Switch the flame off... It's ready to serve... Paneer kali mirch goes well with roti/ paratha/ rice/ pulao.
