- 1/4 cup suji

- 2 cups milk

- 1/2 cup liquid nolen gur

- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Pour a ladle full of batter in it and spread into a medium sized pancake and let the underside cook.
- Put a spoonful of mixture length wise, roll and cook, flip the side turn golden brown. Serve with nolen gur aside or sprinkle on top of your patishapta.
