- Take madia in a bowl add suji,salt,oil in it and mix well
- Mix water and knead into dough.cover it and keep it aside.
- In a pan heat the oil and put jeera,hing,dhania,ginger paste, chopped vegetables and mix well.
- Add chilli flakes and salt, masala-a-magic, chat masala and boiled potato(mashed) and paneer mix well with stuffing.
- Roast it for 2-3mins.and let it cool.
- Make small ball of dough and roll it of chapati size,cut it into rectangle size.
- Cut the rectangle from center.put madia on the center of one rectangle and put other strip on it and press it.
- In the center put sauce and make small strips(6)on two sides of rectangle and keep two sides plain.Grease with maida paste.
- Put filling on the sauce and cover it with plain strip then another plain strip and press with fingers.
- Now take one strip from one side and another strip from other side and complete all the strips.
