  12. 1/2spoon Haldi powder
  13. As per taste Salt
  14. 10-12 curry leaves
  15. In the end,
  16. 1/2 cup cooked toor dal
  17. 1 cup water
  18. Tadka
  19. 1 spoon Oil
  20. 1spoon. Mustard seeds
  21. Pinch hing
  22. 2 Dry red chilli
  23. As Required Curry leaves

Instructions to make to make Rasam

  1. Add coriander seeds, cummin seeds, chana dal, dried red chilli, black pepper seeds.
  2. Roast it for 1 min. Add dried coconut and saute it for 1 min
  3. Let it cool. Now grind the masala to make fine powder.
  4. Add all the ingredients in the pan and cook on low flame until tomato gets soft
  5. Add dal and water.
  6. Add grinded powder and cokk for 1-2 min.
  7. Prepare tadka, add all the ingredients and put the tadka in rasam
  8. Cook for 1 min. RASAM IS READY.
