  1. In frying Pan Add, Coriander Seeds, Button red chillies, Black Cardamom, Mace, Cloves, Black Peppercorn, Cinnamon Stick, Caraway Seeds,Poppy Seeds and Roast Until Fragrant & Let it cool Down.
  2. In Spice Mixer, Add Roasted Spices and Grind to make a Coarse powder.
  3. Add Fried Onion, Blend again & Set Aside.
  4. In Bowl, Add Beef Boundless Cubes, salt, Red Chilli Powder, Mustard Oil & Mix Well.
  5. Add Raw Papaya Paste, Ginger Garlic Paste & Mix Well again.
  6. Now Add Grinded Onion and Spices Mixture, Yogurt and Mix Well.
  7. Cover and Marinate for 4-5 Hours.
  8. In Pot, Add Cooking Oil, Add Marinated Beef and Mix Well.
  9. Cover and Cook on Low Flame until beef is tender (approx 45-50 Minutes.
  10. Garnish With Onion Rings & Fresh Coriander.
