- 1 cup anjeer (soaked)
- 1/2 cup dates (deseeded)
- Handful each Dry fruits (cashews, pista, almonds, kishmish)
- 2tbsp+ 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp milkmaid
- 1-2 tbsp poppy seeds (dry roasted)

- Anjeer (dry fig) and deseeded dates were soaked. As the figs plump up, chop them. Then in a grinding jar, put the figs and dates and together grind into a paste. Next in a kadhai, put ghee.
- Put the grinded paste and cook it till the moisture evaporates and the mixture leaves the sides of the kadhai.
- Next take a greased plate. Put the cooked dates-fig mixture on it. Flatten it.
- Next take dry fruits of your choice. Slightly roast it. But that's optional. I like it little roasted. Then in a blender coarsely grind it. Take some of the coarse dry fruits powder and spread it on the flattened dates and figs mixture. Into rest of the dry fruits powder put milkmaid and make a dough type of consistency.
- Well if you want it sugar free then avoid this step. Now make the dry fruits dough into a cylindrical shape. Place that on the dates and fig mixture. Now roll the flattened dates-fig mixture into a cylinder.
- Next dry roast poppy seeds. Place that on a plate and roll the prepared cylinder on the poppy seeds. It gets nicely coated. Now place the entire cylinder for 20 minutes in fridge for setting.
- After setting remove and cut into discs..
