- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Jaggery powder

- 1 Cup Leftover Veggie Moong dal Khichdi
- 3 Tbsp Semolina
- 1/2 Tsp Ajawan
- For Slurry
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 Tsp Maida
- 1/ 2 Tsp Chat Masala
- 1/4 Cup Water
- as required Mint mayoniess
- as needed Garlic sauce
Steps to make to make Khichdi Sev Roll
- Add Oil in a Pan.Add Green Chili, Garlic in it and roast on a low flame.
- When it starts smelling, put white sesame in it, then add Peanuts, Coconut, Turmeric powder, Chilli Powder, Salt, jaggery powder and Chat Masala one by one.Mix them well.Turn off the flame. Keep aside for cooling.
- Add Onion and Sev in mixture and mix well.
- For Covering Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Make a dough
- Add all ingredients in a bowl. Make a thick flowing smooth batter without any lumps.
- Assemble the Roll Oil apply on the palm. Take a small portion khichdi dough. Make a thin and long strips with a help of your finger
- Keep 1 1/2 Tsp filling in it and fold it carefully. Keep it in a plate.Make all the Roll. Keep them in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Keep Wheat Flour in a plate. Sprinkle it on the Roll. Make thin and long roll.
- Roll cut it into two pieces. Dip the Roll into the slurry.
- Shallow fry in a pan till it golden brown from all the sides.Keep it on an absorbent paper.
- Dip the Both sides of the Roll in Garlic Sauce then apply Sev on the both sides of the Roll.
- Enjoy it with mint mayo and Garlic sauce.
