  2. 1 cup brown gram or Kala chana
  3. 3 table spoon oil
  4. 1 onion,
  5. 1 tomato,
  6. 5 - 6 garlic clove
  7. 1/2 inch piece ginger
  8. 2 bay leaf,
  9. 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  11. as per taste Salt,
  12. 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder,
  13. 1 teaspoon haldi powder
  14. 1 tea spoon coriander powder,
  15. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  16. 1/2 tea spoon kasuri methi,
  17. 2 table spoon milk,
  18. 1 pinch hing
  19. For paratha stuffing
  20. as required Finely chopped garlic, green chilli & fresh coriander
  21. 4 table spoon total masala
  22. as per taste Salt,
  23. as per taste kasuri methi,
  24. 2 table spoon oil.
  25. 2 table spoon Butter for garnish

Instructions to make to make Lunch (A perfect plate)

  1. Black gram soak overnight. In morning boil it in cooker add double quantity water of gram. Add bay leaf, salt & cinnamon powder in it. Boil it for 20 minutes.
  2. For masala onion,tomato, ginger & garlic roughly chopped. Now make the paste in grinder. Add oil in a pan roast jeera & hing.
  3. When roast proper add masala paste & roast till colour change. Add dry spices without salt. Now add black gram without it's water.
  4. Roast it for some time in masala & mashed it with the help of ladle. Now add boiled water in it. Cooked it on low flame for 5 to 7 min.
  5. At last add garam masala kasuri methi & milk. Black gram curry is ready.
  6. Take normal routine Knead dough. For tandoori paratha take some heavy peda. Flat it thick with roller. Apply some oil on the flat bread & spread the filling.
  7. Cut it straight withcutter now roll it like calender. Make a round ball shape. Again roll it thick. A heavy bottom wok pre heat on gas & put the paratha on the wall of wok.
  8. When cooked one side trun it. After half cooked catch it with tong (chimta) & roast on the direct flame. On low flame cooked it. Now apply the butter on it. The tandoori garlic paratha is ready.
  9. Curd,onion & mirch pickle complete the lunch plate.
