  5. Now put salt,turmeric powder,lemon juice according to taste,roasted peanuts
  6. Tip:1- on iron tawa without oil roast peanuts keep it in air tight container.later on you can use these peanuts in upma,pohe,dosa masala,namkeens,etc. 2-make sure you drain off all excess water from flattened rice 3-if you want to reheat leftover pohe add 4 spoons of water in pohe then reheat it
  7. Add flattened rice in it.mix well.
  8. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney
  9. Garnish it with coriander leaves
