- Add 2 tablespoons (Approx) of Oil in the Kadai. Add 300 gms of chopped Onion in the hot Oil and fry.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of Salt in the Onion and fry till the Onion is soft and brown colour.
- Blend the fried Onion to make the Onion paste.
- Now I will prepare the pepper chicken. The Chicken is marinated overnight.
- Add 2 tablespoons (Approx) of Mustard Oil in pan. Add 1 tablespoon of Ginger Garlic paste in the Oil and fry little.
- Add the marinated chicken and stir. Add the roasted grind spices and the Onion fry paste on the Chicken and stir continuously.
- Add little hot Water in the Chicken and stir continuously. Add 1 teaspoon of Salt. Then add little more hot water and stir continuously.
- Cover the lid of the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, the masala is well cooked with Chicken and formed a thick gravy.
- The Spicy Dry Pepper Chicken is ready.
