  1. Dry roast grated dried coconut in a pan till slight brown. Keep aside
  2. Then in a pan add some ghee. Add all chopped dryfruits in it and roast them till light brown. Put them in a plate to become cool
  3. Again add ghee in a pan & add chopped dates in it. Roast it till dates mixture bind together. Remove dates in a bowl
  4. Add roasted dryfruits, jayfal, sunth powder, roasted dry coconut and poppy seeds. Mix all ingredients properly. Grease one plate or butter paper then put this mixture in it and spread it all over the plate. Cut the khajur pak in any shape you like. Garnish with cashew. Healthy khajur pak is ready
