  6. Ab Jo spices roast Kiya thy wo add karain or Achi trh mix karain
  7. Ab salt, haldi, red chilli powder daal Kar mix karain
  8. Ab bengan add karain or 2 cup water daal Kar imli pulp add karain.. Pot ko cover kar KY medium to low flame par Chor dain for 20 mins
  9. After 20 mins masala bengan tayyar hai. Garnish KY liya hara dhaniya add karain. Ap isy zeera rice ky sth serve Kar skty Hain.
