  3. 2 table spoon shudh ghee
  4. 6-7 garlic clove
  5. 1 teaspoon jeera

  7. 2 sabut red chilli
  8. as per taste Salt
  9. as per taste chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  11. as per taste garam masala
  12. as per taste kasuri methi
  13. as required Matar
  14. 1 capsicum
  15. as required beans
  16. 1 carrot
  17. 1 big size tomato
  18. 1/2 inch piece ginger

Steps to make to make Vegetable khichdi

  1. Rice & dal wash 3 or 4 times & soaked it for 1 hour. In cooker add ghee1 teaspoon. Roast jeera & ajwain. Now add soaked rice dal in cooker. Roast it for some time add salt & threefold water.
  2. Cook it without whistle on mid flame till water absorbed at 80 percent. Other side take a pan add 2 teaspoon ghee roast chilli & chopped garlic.
  3. After well roasted garlic add other all veggies. Add some salt red chilli powder haldi powder garam masala kasuri methi & some water. Cover with lid. Check it when proper cooked mix it into khichdi. Cover it with lid till all ingredients mix proper. Khichdi become ready.
  4. If you like add more ghee on it. Serve it with pudina raita & raw mango chutney. Best meal for summer.
