  1. 1/2 cup Samo / moraiyo
  2. 2 tbsp sago / sabudana
  3. 2 tbsp rajgira flour
  4. 1/4 cup singoda flour
  5. 1/3 cup curd
  6. 2 green chilies
  7. as required Small ginger
  8. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  9. as per taste Salt
  10. as required Oil to roast

Instructions to make to make Farali Dosa

  1. Mix samo/moraiyo, sabudana and wash it. Soak for 3-4 hrs and drain off water.
  2. Churn the mixture with adding 1/2cup of curd. Make thick batter. Add shingoda flour and rajhira flour, add remaining curd and mix well. Keep aside for more 3-4 hrs and let it ferment.
  3. Now add require amount of water and prepare flowing consistency. Add salt, pepper powder, ginger n chilli paste, n mix well.
  4. Now, heat tawa, spread some oil and spread some batter, add a tsp of oil and cook for half min when it comes light brown and crispy, flip it and cook for more half min.
  5. Serve hot with Aloo bhaji or peanut coconut chutney, or farali sambhar. (As I didn’t find to time to made the things)
