- 1 tsp Soda (papadkhar)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- For Tadka
- 250 ml Water
- 2-3 tsp Oil
- As per taste Salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 50 gms Big Green chilli
- 1 tsp Roasted mustard seeds
- as needed Coriander
Steps to make to make Paniwale Khaman
- Sieve besan in a big bowl. Add citric acid salt mix well. Now add 200ml. Water oil mix properly. Make sure no lumps are found.
- Meanwhile, boil water in a steamer. Take a big vessel to apply oil and keep in a steamer. Now add soda in a besan mixture and beat with fingers. Beat properly till looks fluffy and transfer in a vessel. Cover the lid and steam for 15-20min.
- Meanwhile, take a saucepan boil 500ml water add sugar chopped chili oil and salt till sugar melts. Turn off the flame. On another side roast mustard seeds on a tawa. On bhi. Slow flame.
- Now open the steamer and check with a knife. And take a vessel out. Allow it to cool for 7-8min. Apply oil on knife and cut big size khaman. And spread mustard seeds.
- Now drizzle boiled chili water on a khaman and keep it a side for 15-20 min. Paniwale khaman is ready.
- Yummy delicious Paniwale khaman is ready to serve. Sprinkle sev and Garnish with chopped coriander.
