  1. Preparimg chutney : roast peanuts, coconut until slightly brown, peel 12-14 cloves of garlic. add the roasted mixture into grinder jar, add garlic cloves,kasiri red mirch and salt and grind into the red chutney
  2. Take 4 boiled potatoes and mash them, take a pan add 1tbs ghee, add hing, jeera,rai,currey leaves,ginger garlic paste,haldi powder 1/2 tbs, add the mashed potatoes, add lemon juice half and mix well.let it cool down
  3. Prepare besan mix - add besan to a bowl, add salt, half tbs haldi, add water slowly and continue stirring, consistency should be creamy, once achieved, make small balls of potatoes mix prepared before and coat it with besan and deep fry in hot oil.
  4. Take pav and add garlic chutney, green chutney and potato vada and serve with green chilies.
