- 2 Tbs Hari Mirch (Green Chilies) Crushed
- 1/4 Tsp Jaifil javitri powder (Mace & nutmeg powder)
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 3-4 Hari Elaichi (Green Cardamom)
- 1 Cup Pani (Water) or as required
- 1 tbs Makkahan (Butter) (Optional)
- Hara Dhania (Fresh Coriander) for Gurnish
- Adrak (Ginger) For Garnish

- Chanay, Khashkhash, Dhania or Zeera Ko Dry Roast Karen and phir in Sab ko grind Karlain.
- In a Chopper Take Mince (Keema) Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Kacha Pappita and Chop well in to very Fine Form.
- Take a bowl Add Mince (Keema), Grind Spices, Piyaz, Yogurt, Red Chilli Flakes, Salt, Jaifil javitri Powder then Mix well and leave for 4 to 5 Hours.
- Heat oil in a pan Add Hari Elaichi and fry do 1 Min than Add Marinate Keema. Give it a good Mix.
- Add ½ cup Water and Cook On Low Flame for 20 - 25 Mins the water is complete dry and oil separate from its.
- Add Butter and Give a Coal Smoke.
- Garnish with Coriander, And Ginger and Serve With Naan or Paratha.
