  9. For CURRY
  10. 2/3 Cup Fried Onion
  11. 1/2 Cup Yogurt
  12. 1/2 Cup Tomato Puree
  13. 12-15 Cashews Soaked in Water for 15 mins
  14. 3 Tbsp Oil
  15. 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  16. 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
  17. 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  18. 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  19. 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  20. As per taste Salt

  1. For kofta
  2. Mix all the ingredients in minced meat, except Oil.
  3. Knead them with hand for 2-3mins.
  4. Take small amount mix,and shape them into Meatballs.
  5. In a Kadai on High Flame,drop Meatballs one by one, and let it cook for 2-3mins without stirring.
  6. After 2-3mins just shake the Kadai, don't use Spoon to Stir otherwise MEATBALLS will break.
  7. When it is cooked from all sides(usually it takes 8-10mins)add 1Tbsp of Oil
  8. Cook them for few mins and then remove it in plate
  9. You can Seve Meatballs like this with Kebab Chutney or can make gravy with it
  10. I am making gravy of Halve of Meatballs
  11. Curry preparation
  12. Make Paste of Fried Onion and Cashews
  13. In a bowl mix all dry spices with little Water*This step prevents burning of spices when We add them in Oil*I have removed 1/2Tsp Garam Masala Powder for later use
  14. In a Kadai, add 3Tbsp of Oil, When Oil is Hot,add Ginger Garlic Paste,Saute it for few seconds
  15. Add Spices and Roast them for 2-3mins on High Flame,by adding little little water,till Oil separates
  16. When spices are nicely Roasted,add Tomato Puree and cook them till Oil separates
  17. Add Yogurt and cook for further 2-3mins
  18. Add Onion cashews Paste,add water to adjust Consistency*Don't make Curry too thin
  19. Add Garam Masala Powder and Salt to taste,let the boil come and then cook on Medium Low flame till oil Starts Separating
  20. Add Meatballs and cook on Medium Low flame for 8-10mins/till Oil Comes on Surface
  21. Remove it in Serving Dish Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves and Cashew Serve it with Tandoori Naan, Chapati or Rice
