  3. 2 med sized tomato
  4. 2 med sized onion
  5. 2 tablespoons oil

  7. 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri methi,mustard seeds & fennel seeds
  8. 1 pinch hing
  9. 1 juice of lemon
  10. 6-7 pieces garlic small piece ginger
  11. 2 tablespoons grated paneer 1/2 teaspoon jeera

Steps to make to make Stuffed capsicum

  1. Wash & soak capsicum with a cloth. With a pointed knife cut the head side & make a whole. Next step boil potato and grate in a bowl.
  2. Take Garlic & ginger and chop. In a pan add oil, roast mustard jeera, fennel & hing. When crackles add chopped garlic & ginger. Fry till color changes. Now add grated potato, salt chili & coriander powder.
  3. Mix it very well now add lemon juice & cover it for a few sec. When open the lid adds garam masala Kasuri methi. After cool down mix, finely chopped tomato without seeds
  4. Now fill the ready material in the hole of capsicum with fingers slowly. Keep it aside. Roughly chopped onion & tomato fry in a pan add oil. After proper roasting adds some dry masala like salt chili haldi & coriander powder. (The quantity should be less of dry masala)
  5. Now add grated paneer stir it & mix properly. Now put the stuffed capsicum 1 by 1 in the pan. The flame should be slow. Cover it with a lid. Don't use water, because the steam of lid cooked it. Check it 1 or 2 times. When we feel it cooked off the flame. Keep aside normal temperature. Serve it chapati or as you wish.
