- 1 cup Chickpea flour/ Besan
- 1 cup grated pumpkin
- 3/4/ 1cup sugar or adjust as per your taste

- 1/4 cup ghee/clarified butter
- 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1 pinch salt

- Take besan on a pan and lightly roast it over low heat till you get a nice aroma.
