  3. 6-7 curry leaves
  4. 2 tsp whole coriander seeds
  5. 5-6 red chillies
  6. 1 tsp cumin seeds

  8. 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
  9. 1/2 tsp pepper corns
  10. 4-5 cloves garlic
  11. 1 tomato chopped
  12. 2 tbsp ghee/coconut oil
  13. As per taste salt
  14. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  15. 3 cloves
  16. 1 inch cinnamon stick
  17. 1 green cardamom
  18. 1 cup fresh coconut

  1. Wash & clean chicken pieces, marinate with 1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp turmeric powder, 1/2tsp chilli powder and half tsp lemon juice for 30 minutes
  2. Dry roast all whole garam masala ingredients, until you get good aroma, grind garam masala ingredients with fresh coconut to smooth paste in a blender adding little amount of water...
  3. Heat up ghee/coconut oil in deep sauce pan, add chopped onions and curry leaves saute, till onion turns in to light brown, add marinated chicken pieces saute it nicely for about 5 minutes...add chopped tomatoes saute them until soft...
  4. Now add ground masala paste,fry it for two minutes.. add required amount of water (consistency must be little thin) mix well, add salt.. cover the lid cook until chicken is done...
  5. Serve hot with kori rotti.. Enjoy this delicacy...
