  9. 1 inch piece ginger half onion
  10. 1/2 cup coconut milk
  11. as per taste Salt
  12. 1 green chilli
  13. 1 tablespoon Oil
  14. 1 tea spoon sabut coriander
  15. 1 tea spoon jeera
  16. 2 table spoon chopped onion & red bell pepper

Instructions to make to make Thai style veg Manchurian

  1. For balls chopped fine all three veggies. In a bowl add Maida salt and bread crumbs mix it very well & make small balls. Fry it till crisp. (if required dip the balls into cornflour liquid).
  2. Keep them aside. Now for gravy add ginger garlic coriander leaves coriander seeds jeera onion salt & some water in grinder & make the paste.
  3. In a pan add oil roast finely chopped onion & bell pepper. The flame should be high. After 2 min add ready masala. Roast it for 2 to 3 min.
  4. Now add coconut milk & a pinch of salt if required. Stir it continues. When all ingredients mix proper add fried balls.
  5. Also add some pepper.gravy & balls mix together. If required add more water. After 2 min off flame. Thai style Manchurian is ready.
  6. I also make this for first time but really delicious & yummy in taste.
