  2. 1/2 kg full fat milk
  3. 5 tablespoons sugar
  4. 4 tablespoons milk powder
  5. 1 tablespoon ghee
  6. 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  7. 2 tablespoons Walnuts
  8. 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
  9. 3 to 4 drops vanilla essence
  10. some rose petals for garnishing

Steps to make to make Apple rabdi

  1. Peel & grate the apple. In a pan add ghee & roast apple pulp, add cinnamon powder. It roast about 3 to 4 mins. Keep aside.
  2. Boil milk add sugar till consume half. Now add milk powder. (in a bowl add some water or milk & milk powder make a paste) now add roasted apple pulp.
  3. Some more time boil it & stir continues. Check when all ingredients mix proper off the flame. (consistency of rabdi depends on our taste).
  4. After cool down add essences & chopped walnuts. Keep it in refrejater for 1 hour. When serve garnish with finely chopped pistachio & rose petals.
