  12. 11/2 cup Warm water

Steps to make to make Upma

  1. In a pan add ghee & semolina. Roast it for 3-4mins.
  2. Remove it out in a dish.
  3. Add oil to the same pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chilies, urad dal & chana dal. Cook it for a minute.
  4. Then add pieces of cashew nuts & cook till it turns golden brown.
  5. Add roasted suji, salt & lime juice to it.
  6. Mix & then add water carefully.
  7. Cook it & it is done.
  8. Serve it & enjoy.
