  11. 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

  1. Samak rice soaked for 30 min. Take a pan add 1 tablespoon ghee roast peanut till crispy. Now roast another dry fruits on low flame.
  2. Keep dry fruits aside. Now roast potato pieces, when patoto would be soft add paneer pieces till brown. Add more ghee roast jeera & curry leaves.
  3. Now add capsicum,ginger, pepper & tomato. Stir it till soft adding salt. Now add soaked samak & 1 cup water. Mix it & add potato & paneer.
  4. Cover it with lid for 5 min. It cooked nicely then add all dry fruits. Mix all ingredients very well & add lemon juice.
  5. A beautiful pulao is ready. Serve it with curd or chutney. Light snack for breakfast or evening snack is ready.
