- When water boiled proper & beetroot leave its colour add soaked rice without water. Again cover it for cooked.
- After 5 minutes check it. Stir it & again cover it for some time. When cooked proper check it to press with fingers.
- Off the flame & cover it with cooker 's lid. Whistle soaked its extra steam & the rice cooked nicely.
- Serve it with masala curd & salad. Yummy beautiful & tasty pulao.
