- 4 table spoon oil for paratha

- Wash & grate the outer part of karela. A pinch of salt mix proper in karela's rind. Leave it in strainer for 10 min.
- Wash it again & squeezed. Take a pan add oil roast jeera. Now add finely chopped onion & green chilli.
- Saute it for 2 to 3 min, add all dry masala & besan. Roast it till end of rawness. Now add the rind of Karala in it. Mix it.
- Cover it with lid for 2 to 3 min. The material is ready. Leave it for cool. For dough take wheat flour & all-purpose flour in a bowl add dry masala.
- Make a soft dough.now raw mango pulp mint leaves & bura add into rind material.
- Take a mid size peda flat it apply some oil with brush fill it & make mid size Paratha.
- Apply the oil on both sides of paratha. On mid flame & cooked it.
