  1. Take a wok, add Chicken, oil, kasuri maithi, chopped green chilli, ginger & garlic paste and cook on low flame.
  2. Cook on medium flame till chicken is tendered.
  3. Sprinkle lots of balochi tikka masala and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
  4. How to make balochi Tikka masala: Dry roast zeera, Dhania, Pepper corns and Button chilli. Don’t burn them. Roast on very low flame
  5. When pepper corns starts popping then roasting is done. Grind coarsely and add salt, tatri and red chilli powder. Store in airtight jar if you make it in bulk.
