  3. ~Bhuna Masala Preperation~ Heat up a pan and add all the dry ingredients of the bhuna masala section of the ingredients list and roast on low flame for 4-5 mins. Add salt as per taste.

  5. After it cools down, grind the mixture into fine powder.
