  2. 4 table spoon finely chopped paneer
  3. 2 table spoon fine cut ginger
  4. 2 table spoon ghee or oil
  5. 4 table spoon finely chopped onion,cucumber
  6. 1 green chilli
  7. 1 lemon juice
  8. 4 table spoon tomato without seeds fresh coriander
  9. as per taste Salt,
  10. 1/2 +1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, black pepper
  11. 1+1 teaspoon jeera powder, amchur powder
  12. 1/2 tea spoon garam masala, black salt
  13. As required Potato bhujiya for garnish

Steps to make to make White Chana chaat

  1. Soaked overnight chickpeas & boil for 20 min. Add white salt. Now take a nonstriks pan add 1 tablespoon oil & roast ginger & paneer till golden brown.
  2. Take out from the pan. Now add more oil roast jeera powder red chilli & add boiled checkpea. Stir it for 2 to 3 min.
  3. Also add other spices & coriander leaves. If required add some boiled water. Transfer into a bowl.
  4. Now mix chopped veggies & paneer ginger also. Mix all ingredients very well. Add lemon juice on the chaat.
  5. When served garnish it with bhujiya. Garam garam serve it. In house party or gathering we can prepare it before time. Microwave & serve it very quickly.
