- Badam kulfi method:- ground almond, condensed milk, cream whisk together until thick.
- Boil milk and add the saffron strands mix well add cool it.
- Then add almond whisk mixture mix well until combined, it should be creamy and thick.
- Add dry roast and chopped pistachio and almond.
- Pour into the disposable paper glass / kulfi moulds. Cover the top with foil. Keep them in the freezer for 4 -5 hours.
- Remove kulfi from the glass cut paper glass and remove, sprinkle Pistachio and almond flakes serve.
- Aata ka halwa method:- In a kadai heat ghee add wheat flour (aata) mix well without any lumps
- Roast on medium flame stir continuously. When mixture will start golden and aromatic.
- Add sugar and hot water or milk stir continuously till sugar dissolves and wheat flour absorb all the water. (Or use sugar syrup) Add cardamom powder mix well.
- Serve aate ka halwa hot or warm.
