- 100 g gota urad dal
- 100 g sugar
- 3-4 green cardamoms
- 2.5 tbsp ghee
- (melt,use as much needed)
- 1 small pinch of salt

- Heat a pan, dry roast gota urad dal at slow flame. As it becomes brownish and a nice aroma comes. Switch off. Now take the dal and wash it nicely.
- Spread on a plate and let it nicely dry. As it is dried put it in a blender jar.
- Grind into a fine powder. Keep aside.
- Next take sugar, salt and Cardamoms in a dry blender and grind into a fine powder. Keep aside. Next take ghee and melt it.
- Now take a plate, put sugar and cardamom powder, add the urad dal powder. Mix well so that it becomes a homogeneous powder. Now into this powder add melted ghee gradually.
- Go on mixing. When you get a dough type texture so that you can bind ladoos, then take small portions and bind them into ladoos.
