- 2 big size tomato
- 1inc piece ginger
- 3 table spoon oil
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/2 tea spoon Jeera

- 1/2 tea spoon garam masala

- 1 tea spoon haldi powder

- 200ģram wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon jeera
- 1/4 tea spoon ajwain
- 1/4 teaspoon methi powder
- as required Oil for puri frying

- Firstly roughly mashed potato In pan add oil roast jeera & hing.then add ginger tomato paste. Roast it till brown.
- Add dry masala & add potato stir it counties for few min & add 3 cup water. Cover it with lid for boiling on mid flame.
- The consistency should be thick. Off the flame. Now add blended curd kasuri methi & garam masala.
- For puri dough take wheat flour add salt mirchi jeera ajvain methi & make some tight dough
