  1. Firstly roughly mashed potato In pan add oil roast jeera & hing.then add ginger tomato paste. Roast it till brown.
  2. Add dry masala & add potato stir it counties for few min & add 3 cup water. Cover it with lid for boiling on mid flame.
  3. The consistency should be thick. Off the flame. Now add blended curd kasuri methi & garam masala.
  4. For puri dough take wheat flour add salt mirchi jeera ajvain methi & make some tight dough
  5. Make small balls & gave them Round shape, & fry it on proper heated oil on high flame.
