  1. Firstly in the pan roast, almonds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies, and cashew nuts. Then after it gets roasted blend them in a blender.
  2. Then in the same pan add 2tbsp of oil, in it saute green chilies and fresh garlic.
  3. Now in a another blender add 3tbsp of cream,fried green chillies and garlic cloves and 3tbsp of curd.Now blend it into a smooth paste.
  4. Now in the mutton add all the spices including cream mixture and roasted masala mixture that we prepared above. All spices to be added- salt, ginger paste, papaya paste,garam masala, and lemon juice.
  5. Marinate it overnight so that the meat tenders properly. The specialty of the Boti sufiyana is overnight marination. The more tender it becomes the tastier it becomes in taste. Lastly now shallow fry in the pan and Serve hot.
