- 3 table spoon raw milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon gangajal
- as required some basil leaves
- 1 cup Almond & kishmish
- 1 chopped banana
- as required Milk powder malai coconut bura & sugar powder
Steps to make to make Janamashtmi prasadam
- Coriander pangiri preparation take a pan of heavy bottom & dry roast coriander fine powder. After 2 min add ghee & again roast on mid flame.
- When colour change add coconut bura & sugar powder finally roast for few min & off the flame. Its ready.
- Peanut also roast dry in a heavy bottom pan on mid flame. When become cracked add ghee & stir occasionally. I roast it 12 minutes. Now keep aside for crisp.
- Foxnut also dry roast in a pan. After 2 to 3 min add ghee & roast till crisp. Now add a pinch of rock salt & keep aside.
- Take curd beat it proper now add raw milk, sugar, Ganga jal & basil leaves.mix all ingredients very well. Panchamrit is ready.
- For peda take milk powder fresh malai coconut bura sugar powder add in a pan. Cooked it proper till make a perfect dough. Now mould it in any shape.
- Prasadam for bhog is ready. Usually I prepare seven types of Prasad for Krishna. Happy janamashtmi to all.
