  1. First add the milk to a pan or skillet and heat on a medium flame.
  2. Now heat ghee in another pan, add almonds, cashews, pistachio pieces and raisins roast it. And separate it into a plate and keep it on the side.
  3. Now add semolina to the same ghee and fry on low flame till it turns light pink. Once the semolina is cooked, add a little hot milk and keep stirring. Cook until the semolina particles swell.
  4. Now when the semolina and milk are mixed evenly, add sugar and mix and keep stirring till the sugar water burns and leaves the surface of the pan and cook till the ghee is released. Now add cardamom powder and roasted dry fruit and mix well.
  5. Now our semolina Halwa is ready to serve. Pour the semolina veins into a bowl and garnish with roasted dry fruit.
