  22. 50 g pistachios

Steps to make to make Krunchy Kicks

  1. Pani puri. Add the semolina, flour, baking powder and salt and mix well. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time and knead to a smooth dough. It should take around 10 minutes to achieve a smooth and elastic dough. Cover with damp cloth and set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Herb chutney. Blitz all the ingredients until blended but still with a crunch.

  6. To assemble place a couple of cubes of potato and a few chickpeas in each pastry case, top with tamarind, herb chutney, skyr and top with a sprinkling of sev and chaat masala.
