  2. Wash and grind the Dals.(add only 2-3 tb.spoon.water)
  3. Whisk the batter till it becomes light.Take a bowl of water,drop a little ball of dal mixture,it should come upward.It means your batter is perfect for making dahibara.Mix hing into it.
  4. Heat oil in a karahi,drop small portions of dal mixture into it.Fry all of them in batches.(Fry firstly in hot oil and then in low to medium oil)
  5. Take a big bowl of water,add salt in it and mix.
  6. When the dahibaras are golden brown,directly transfer them into salted water.
  7. After 1/2 an hour, squeeze the dahibaras.
  8. Strain curd and mix sugar and salt.Add badas into it.Dry roast cumin seeds on a tawa and grind.
  9. Now serve these dahibaras with saunth.Sprinkle roasted cumin powder,red chilli powder and chaat masala.
  10. In Summers,chilled curd and roasted cumin powder enhances the taste of Dahibada.
