  7. Start shaping the laddus when it's hot and you can manage to hold on your palms and keep on a wide plate to cool. Whole green gram/moong laddus are ready to eat.
  8. Tip:- Suppose if the mixture gets cool and your unable to shape the laddus then,add in some amount of hot ghee to the mixture,mix and shape the laddus when you can bear the heat off it.
  9. Note:-The amount of the laddus depend on how small,medium or big size you make.
