- as required Pomogranate seeds cashewnuts coriander curry leaves to Garnish
Instructions to make to make Corn Upma
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds urad dal to tempered. Add asofoetida curry leaves ginger chilli and saute now add roasted rava saute 1-2min.
- Now add grated corn and roast. On mid slow flame add milk and saute till mixture looks semi liquid. Add choppped cashewnuts turmeric powder sessme seeds sugar and salt mix well. Lastly add chopped coriander and lemon juice. Mix properly. Turn off flame. Corn upma is ready.
- Tasty healthy delicious Corn Upma is ready to serve. Garnish with cashewnuts pomogranate seeds and chopped coriander curry leaves. Serve hot.
