  20. 1 tsp butter for each paav to roast

  1. First, mash the potatoes well. Then mix all the spices in a small bowl, add 1 tablespoon water and keep ready.

  6. To serve, spread butter on the paav and roast on tawa till crisp. Serve paav bhaji garnished with a dollop of butter and coriander leaves on top accompanied by roasted paav, chopped onion and lemon wedges.
