- In the kadai add the dry masalas. Add the snashed veggies. Add little water if required.
- Cover and cook till everything mixes well.
- On a tawa, add butter and roast the pav.
- Serve with buttered pav, onions garnished with coriander leaves and lemon juice with a dollop of butter.
