  1. First we make Frankie masala for that in pan add oil then add all other ingredients & roast them well
  2. Leave it for cool & grind it
  3. Now make a filling, for the filling add oil in kadai & heat it then add chillies, ginger & garlic & sauté it
  4. Now add other spices which mention above one by one & some Frankie masala & sauté it then add boiled aloo & mash it & mix it well
  5. Now keep it for cool down & in mean time we make dough by mixing all ingredients & we make rotis of that
  6. Now make sauce for topping by mixing ingredients
  7. Now we make the roll for that we make one roll of aloo paste & heat the non-stick pan & put butter then rotis & cook it well, the butter which left on tawa we cook the aloo paste
  8. Now first we spread schezwan sauce then the aloo paste then onion, green chutney,sauce, Frankie masala & some coriander
  9. Now roll it & cut it
