  6. Then keep aside it for 15 min to get very well moist.
  7. Then take heavy bottam pan / kadhai and add ghee(keep 3 tsp ghee aside). Add sieved besan.
  8. Roast the besan on low flam and add 1tsp ghee while rosting, after few second add another 1 tsp ghee.
  9. After besan rosted add milk and stir it for 1-2 minutes. And switch off flame and keep aside.
  10. Make sugar syrup Take a pan add sugar and water make a 1tar chasani. Add elachai powder Add saffron thread or yellow food colour.
  11. Take a tray and gresse it with ghee.
  12. Now mix chasani into besan and stir it for 3-4 min on low flame.
  13. Now spread the Mohan thal into gresed tray and sprinkle dry fruits of your choice.
  14. Let it cool and then cut in desired shapes. And enjoy your danedaar Mohan thal.
