  1. Cheakpeas soaked for overnight. In morning boil it in pressure cooker add double quantity of water for 25 minutes. Add salt in it. Now make masala.
  2. Tomato grind in grinder & make a paste. Take same cooker add oil jeera hing & chopped ginger slices roast them well.
  3. Now add tomato paste roast it till colour change or masala leaves oil. Add dry masala & some drops of water again roast it. Add chopped coriander & malai.
  4. After proper cooked add checkpeas without water. stir fry checkpeas in ready masala for 2 to 3 min. Now add half cup of boiled water in it. Now cover with lid for 3 to 4 whistle.
  5. For thick consistency we can press the checkpeas from ladle. Sprinkle fine cut green chilli on it ready for serve. We can eat it with paratha puri or as a fresh snack. Super tasty healthy & digestive.
  6. Cheakpeas boiled water used as the soup. Don't throw it.
