  1. 1/2 kg aloo
  2. 3 small tomato 2 inch piece ginger
  3. 4 table spoon oil
  4. 1 tea spoon jeera a pinch of hing
  5. as per taste Salt,
  6. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  8. 1 tea spoon coriander powder
  9. 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  10. 1/2 tea spoon garam masala
  11. 2 green chilli
  12. 4 table spoon curd

Steps to make to make Jeera aloo bhaji

  1. Boil aloo on 2 or 3 whistle. Keep aside for cool. For masala make tomato & ginger paste in grinder.
  2. In a pan or cooker add oil roast jeera & hing. When cracked add tomato paste. Roast it very well.now add dry masala in it.
  3. When all herbs mix proper add some drops of water & cover it for few min. Now peel the boil aloo & press them roughly with hands.
  4. Add mashed potato in ready masala. Stir it for 2 min & add 250 ml water in it. Cover it with cooker 's lid for 3 whistle.
  5. Open the cooker, now add kasuri methi garam masala & curd in it. Garnish it with green chilli. Jeera aloo bhaji is ready for serve.
