- In a kadhai /pan take ghee. Heat it.Add wheat flour to it and roast it till fragrance come and slightly color is changed.
- Now add water and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed. When all water is absorbed, add sugar to it and cook. Mix nicely. Cook for 4-5 min. When it starts sticking to bottom, switch of the flame.
- Take it out in a serving bowl and served. Can use almond for garnishing.
